Quiet neighborhood with grocery, deli, restaurants/bars nearby with plenty of parking. Many places are also walkable. Bike rental across Indian Rocks Rd, parking at Indian Rocks beach is not terrible but opt to use Uber or Lyft to Clearwater Beach. Pinellas bike trail also near by - 47 miles of trail as far north as Tarpon Springs and South to St. Petersburg For car rentals look into Turo at turo dot com.
